Ace Plugins offers a 14 day refund policy. If a plugin is not working to your needs / as advertised or promised you can request a refund through the support channel.

If you’re having issues getting the plugin to work we may request you to allow us to help resolve any issues you’re having before granting a refund.

When a refund is given you must agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from all sites, and delete all copies of it.

Non-eligible reasons:
–┬áNo refunds will be granted for refund requests after the first 14 days of the purchase.
– Issues caused by 3rd party plugins or other software are not grounds for a refund.
– Renewal purchases and promotional items cannot be refunded.
