Ace Plugins offers a 14 day refund policy. If a plugin is not working as advertised or promised you can request a refund through the support channel.
If you’re having issues getting the plugin to work we may request you to allow us to help resolve any issues you’re having before granting a refund.
When a refund is given you must agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from all sites, and delete all copies of it.
Non-eligible reasons:
– No refunds will be granted for refund requests after the first 14 days of the purchase.
– Issues caused by 3rd party plugins or other software are not grounds for a refund.
– Renewal/re-purchases and promotional items cannot be refunded.
– You purchased the wrong plugin (feel free to reach out, exchange may be possible)
– If you simply decide not to use the plugin
By purchasing from our platform, you agree to the refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment or legal actions. Any differences in exchange rates between the time you purchased and the time you are refunded will not be covered.
Refunds will be offered in our sole discretion.
